Delivery Information
We currently deliver to mainland Great Britain only using a trusted overnight courier service.
Dispatch & Delivery
- Orders are normally dispatched within 48 hours of receipt.
- Deliveries are made from Tuesday to Thursday as standard.
- Delivery to most mainland UK addresses is on a next-working-day service.
- Whilst every effort is made to ensure prompt delivery, we cannot guarantee delivery times once parcels have left our dairy.
Scottish Highlands & Islands
Some postcodes within the Scottish Highlands and Islands may require an additional 1-2 days for delivery.
A delivery surcharge may apply to certain areas and will be clearly displayed before you complete your order. If you are unsure, please contact us before placing your order.
Delivery Instructions
As our products are perishable, it is essential that you provide:
- A correct delivery address and postcode
- A mobile telephone number
- Alternative delivery instructions for residential addresses, such as:
- Leave in a safe place
- Leave in a porch
- Leave with a neighbour
We cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are delayed or lost due to incorrect delivery information.
Multiple Delivery Addresses
Delivery charges apply per delivery address, not per order. If you wish to send products to multiple addresses, a separate order will be required for each destination.
Product Weights
Our cheeses are handcrafted and cut individually.
While we always aim to supply the exact weight ordered, slight variations can occur. If one item is slightly underweight, we will endeavour to make up the difference elsewhere within your order.
Similarly, as our cheeses are traditionally handmade, whole cheeses may vary slightly from their stated weight. For example, a Lord London described as 500g may be a little more or a little less than this.
